Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for families or individuals with disabilities, and the lovely garden with a picnic table added a nice touch. The service, especially in arranging babysitting and catering to a medical concern, was top-notch. The location was convenient, offering easy access to town and stunning mountain views. The dining experience was enjoyable and well-priced, and the facilities were excellent.
Upon arrival, the room was not heated, but maintenance fixed it the next morning. Some maintenance work is needed, such as water marks on the ceiling and loose toilet seats. The cleanliness left much to be desired, even though the pool area was fantastic, it was too hot even with the window open.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while comfortable with nice beds, were not as clean as I would have liked, especially the tiny and filthy bath on the second floor. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with a welcoming and helpful staff, making my 3-year-old son's stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, just a short walk to town, but lacked sitting areas and sunbeds. The dining experience was good value for money, offering fresh cooked food, although the bar can get a bit busy for families. Overall, a decent choice for a short family break, albeit with some cleanliness issues in the rooms.
